I believe the true measure of technology leadership is not simply the deployment of new systems, but the ability to transform how organizations operate, make decisions and create value.
Over the past 12 years, I have built my career within the complex technology environments of Turkish Airlines and Turkish Technology, developing expertise across business analysis, product ownership, enterprise transformation, mission-critical technology transitions and AI-enabled automation.
A defining theme throughout my career has been connecting technology execution with strategic business priorities. My focus has consistently been on translating business challenges into actionable technology initiatives, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring that investments deliver measurable operational outcomes.

During the transition to Istanbul Airport, I played a key coordination role in the technology migration covering more than 400 mission-critical systems and 5,000 IT assets. This large-scale transformation strengthened my capabilities in operational continuity, risk management, cross-functional coordination and complex program delivery.
More recently, I have led product roadmap and backlog management for a 16-member Scrum team across 47 sprints. My work across RPA, generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM-based solutions, conversational AI and intelligent document processing contributed to operational efficiency gains equivalent to more than 70 FTEs.
Beyond delivery, I have focused on investment prioritization, resource effectiveness, governance and making business value visible to senior stakeholders.
My leadership philosophy
To me, leadership is not defined solely by organizational hierarchy. It is the ability to establish direction amid uncertainty, align diverse stakeholders around shared objectives and take accountability for delivering meaningful outcomes.
I bring a leadership approach that combines strategic thinking with operational discipline, data-informed decision-making and a strong commitment to measurable business impact.
